The page count of your printed book will not be exactly the same length as your manuscript. You should give your best estimate to final page count and we will do our best to make it work. Approximate page count is best determined by setting up your MS Word document's page size to match the page size of your finished book, with at least 7/8ths (0.875) left and right margins. Use a standard Times New Roman, set at 11 point.
Alternatively, you can use the chart below to get an idea of your page count for some of our most popular trim sizes. Factors such as numbers of images in the book and amount of chapters make it difficult to pinpoint. There is no guarantee your book will fit neatly into the projections below, but it will help you to obtain a ballpark figure.
Word count can be obtained in Microsoft Word under the "Tools" menu.
Based on 11pt font (9pt for Pocket size), 1.5 line spacing, no images.
If you overestimate, we will refund the overages when we have a final page count. If you underestimate, customer service will contact you to discuss the balance due on your order.
