We need the page number, the full line or section as it currently reads, and the full line or section as you want it to read. Since we'll simply be copying your correction text and pasting it into the existing file, too much or too little information can make it more difficult for the designer to figure out what you're asking them to do.
For example, the corrections should look something like this:
Page 5: the quik bron fox jump over lazy dog
should read: The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.

- Do not send corrections via email. The rejection field is your direct link to your designer. Emailing corrections to a support representative will delay your proofs.
*Note: Supplying your rejection information in any other way will cause significant delays in completing your publishing project.
