Will all of the elements of my print file convert to audiobook format?

All live in-line text will be read, but the following elements will be omitted to create a better listening experience:

• Copyright page
• Table of Contents
• Tables
• Images and captions
• Endnotes and Footnotes
• Index/Appendix
