Sales from BookShop post the business day after the order ships (normally within a week of the order being placed.)
For all other retailers, once your book is up for sale at the sites you have selected, it will take 3-4 calendar months for your printed book sales to appear. This varies by store and depends entirely on how quickly stores report their sales to BookBaby. When we receive sales reports from the retailers our accounting team will review them for accuracy before they are imported into your account. Print sales usually post to the account within the first two weeks of the month.

It will take approximately 2 full calendar months after the release date of your book for any sales of your eBook to show up in your BookBaby account. Ebook sales usually post to the account in the last two weeks of the month.
