The first step for your design project is a review by our Design Preflight team. They look over the instructions and files you provide and make sure we understand your goal and have what we need from you to get the work started.
Once the project is through preflight, you can expect your first design proof (digital, PDF proofs) to be posted to your account in 3-4 weeks.
From there, the timing depends on how many (if any) rounds of revisions and/or corrections are needed. We have a satisfaction guarantee on our design services, so we'll make revisions to the design at your request and issue a new proof. We can also make corrections to any typos or other errors during this stage (though there are fees for editorial changes). Each round of revisions typically takes 3-4 business days.
Once you approve the design work, we will proceed with the rest of your project (if applicable).
