BookBaby does not provide copyright registration or a Library of Congress Control Number for your book. At the same time, neither is necessary to publish.
Once you have fixed your content in a certain format, like a book, you own the copyright and have all the rights and copyright protection under the law. Now, there are reasons why you should register your copyright — including enjoying the full weight and reach of the law if you end up in court, but it is not a requirement.
If you're interested in copyrighting your book then you can do so at https://www.copyright.gov.
A Library of Congress Control Number is also not required to publish and because you have obtained one does not mean the Library of Congress will accept your book. We don't recommend registering for a Library of Congress Control Number, as it doesn't typically benefit the independent author. However, if you'd like to do this we recommend doing that independently at https://www.loc.gov/.
