Your statement may include orders that have been paid for but not completed, shipped and invoiced, therefore showing a credit balance.
Once the order is completed and invoiced, this "payment" is applied to the order and your account will go to zero balance.
If this is not the case, we can send you a refund upon verification of your name, mailing address, phone number and account number from your statement.
